2021 Chardonnay ~ Columbia Valley

This 2021 Chardonnay from Bacchus and Boushey Vineyards has a bright golden hue in the glass.
Tasting notes:
On the nose, aromas of ripe peach and nectarine are complemented by subtle notes of toasted oak and creme brûlée. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with flavors of ripe pear, honey, and lemon curd. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of minerality.

94 Points – Owen Bargreen
Brimming with intensity and weight, the 2021 ‘Columbia Valley’ by Passing Time is an incredible effort in this warm vintage. Mostly sourced from the Bacchus Vineyard (75%) as well as the Boushey Vineyard (25%), the wine was stored in only 15% new French oak before bottling. Don’t serve this beauty too warm so you can take in the scintillating range of flavors. This is a knockout wine in 2021. Drink 2023-2031.
