Tasting Notes:

This clear and bright Riesling has a clean, fresh aroma of tangerine, mandarin, peach, Bartlett pear and a touch of mineral and white flower. Wonderful juicy fruit flavors of sweet citrus, peach  and pear dance on the palate. It is off-dry, light, refreshing and fruity thanks to citrus, apple and peach flavors that linger on the finish. With a perfect balance between fruity sweetness and refreshing acidity, this wine is delicious option in any season. Serve chilled at 20 to 12º C with citrus or Cajun chicken, grilled teriyaki shrimp or chicken, lightly spiced curry dishes, fish and chips and barbecued ribs with a sticky maple glaze.
