Our Rosé is fashioned after the light-bodied versions that hail from the Mediterranean. We have chosen a selection of grapes that all contribute to a Rosé that’s intended to be light on its feet and fresh and energetic. The fruit is intently whole cluster pressed and fermented to complete dryness in stainless steel over a period of 30 days. The wine is then racked off the lees and aged for an extended period of 6 months in stainless before bottling.

The color is a light and vibrant pink. Melon rind and bright raspberry fruit dominate the aromatics, leading into a crushable and fresh Rose’.
